You're right about that. I never saw coming his suing of the SEC execs only to have it thrown out of court with prejudice. That seemed to be genius! Also didn't see him offering to buy someone willing to testify TWO cars, and the guy flat out refusing and telling him to never bother him again.
I did not see THESE THINGS COMING.
