Anybody involved in anything regarding business from to the soap despenser to the most important project, "knows," It's never on time. Someone always forgets to dot that little "IMPORTANT" i, LOL.
I don't know how many New Yorkers are here but when they were building the Towers no one remembered how windy downtown gets. Thus "All" of the businesses near the mkt had to close due to the beams blowing off the top due to the winds at such a high level!
