I think that UC was recruited by the scum of the markets to run a scam for them because he had experience running a scam and UC did so - all the while pocketing lots of money for himself and his gaming debts.

B...can I ask why you think this started out "right" when from Day One? A bunch of scammy turds were involved, lies have been exposed left and right about share issuances, press releases, and just about everything else?

The biggest clue anyone should have known about was that an area already drilled by a big diamond mining company was abandoned over years ago.

Yet, the "scum of the markets" did not open accounts for Urban and Edwards, force people to massively dump shares, flood the boards with people pumping to create buying pressure, force Marco Glisson to scam people, etc.

Me personally, if someone was trying to arrest and prosecute me for a massive fraud, and I DID NOT DO IT, I would be all over the media screaming about how I am being screwed. I would hire an attorney and sue the pizz out of people. I would be writing letters to the editor of publications like the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine. I would open a web site and post documentation to refute the charges made against me. I would turn my butt into the DOJ office and have some camera crews film it. In fact, I would hire a film company to do so.

You need to read the superseding indictment. It all started with Turino, Edwards, and PCBM around 1998. When they couldn't sustain that scam any longer, they hooked up with Urbie and created CMKX.
