WhatsCookin'

I read these boards occasionally to see whatscooking...lol and I noticed you are...

My suggestion: If you are not able to communicate with FH because he hangs up, then write him a series of letters to see if you can open a dialog and get some answers... one letter will not do it, IMO, but perhaps 5 or 6 will get him to rethink his position...

He may throw them all away, but he probably will read what you have to say... I am sure he will not write back, but you might get to talk to him in a meaningful manner after he reads your letters... and you might even get him to reconsider writing some shareholder reports... who knows, he used to do so...

Why not tell him about what you have found, congratulate him, and ask him politely if he would please provide some financials, update the shares outstanding, and resume giving shareholder reports...

You could talk about the fact that the shares still are trading but they don't even post a bid...which is a waste of all his earlier efforts and work to build a company that traded upward...

You could talk about your research and the benefits that everyone would achieve if he could get buy back several billion shares over some time that is reasonable... and discuss the need to get the company into shape where it can be carried on by his successor...

You could show him that you are familiar with his efforts by talking about the various things his company tried to do... and has accomplished...

I have wondered why he does not choose to report, buy back stock and work the stock markets... my answer always is he is not making much money, and he thinks it is just not worth it to him... He stands to gain more money than anyone if there is a viable business and reporting resumes...

Perhaps he just fears the legal complications and extra work load which came with nagging shareholders...

Don't ask me to write him any letters... I used to talk to him and I don't think that would help...
