What did they pull in November??? An election? Please elaborate.

It looks the board was dominated today by people trying to calculate last minute moves, and people are frustrated with the company because they don't have the information they want.

I think its a case of playing the wrong strategy with the wrong stock. But to each his own. I'm sitting on the shares I have until the divy comes, whenever it happens. I'll also be holding past the divy, so I'm a bit more relaxed than most today.

Also, they didn't "pull" anything in November. CBIS has all the fundamentals in place for success in 2011. What they lack in timely PR's is made up in longer-term confidence in the mission, IMO.

As per the link I provided earlier they have 10 days to produce a definitive after filing the preliminary as I understand it. I hope all get what they deserve

Prelimenary was filed on the 22nd,thats means the 1st of january would be that 10day mark!!!

my question is if they release the defenitive one on the 1st would that delay it or make it on track?being they need a list of record holders as of the 31st,that would make sense right?how do you think the market will treat us till the 31st?I believe they can still pull this off,any thoughts?and will CBIS stock crash as soon as the 1st of Jan open bell rings?Hope to see some volume tommorow as Wall Street gets cleaned up after that blizzard...maybe folks will be eager to drop some green in the green sector!Go CBIS
