Prelimenary was filed on the 22nd,thats means the 1st of january would be that 10day mark!!!

& that is the problem for me as I do believe they could/should have filed it prior to 12/22/10 so that all would have been done to shareholders advantage this time since they were wrong/delayed, & possibly a bit __________ful the first time & not to/for the company's advantage & last time I do believe it was orchestrated that way to get shareholders to hold into the vote.
