FINRA has not yet announced that there will be a divy & as per Rule 14c it appears we need notification of a definitive "ex-date" or ex-dividend date" & then company notification to shareholders.

imho meaning nothing that there is nothing definitive yet again as the company would need to PR that as well. Kind of reminiscent of them not having their ducks in a row prior to November 30, 2010 when many waited for theirs, which resulted in a Preliminary 14c Press Release. I hope that they do release or my shares are up for sale/will be sold & I'll buy back in after the Wash Sale Rule waiting period describes, divys or not!
