I think we need to acknowledge a balance between nit picking, over analyzing, and blind optimism. The facts of the matter include numerous delays and inconsistent information.

As for today's PR, I'm not a marketing expert, but this isn't what we would have considered a "Joint Announcement" where I come from. It's simply a report of sale that names a major customer. JCP doesn't stand up and endorse the product (other than the obvious support which is evidenced by their purchase). The PR also includes many other topics, relating solely to SEVU.

I am critical. I'd like to believe I'm also objective, realistic, and professional. I'm not here to bash, but have no reservetions about challenging and asking (what I believe to be) legitimate questions. I have more than $1M on the line at todays prices. The last thing I want to do is bash them.

There you go again, trying to tell people how to behave. Enough already. People have put forth solid questions about the reading of the PR. When a mistake is made, like quoting quarter sales numbers when in reality they are six months sales numbers ($1.9 million), it demonstrates a lack of accuracy that can then be attributed to the entire PR. Rich really needs to correct these recurring problems. This is normal and rational behavior. What does "process" mean? That is a good question. These good people are not nitpicking, they are asking good well founded questions. Next time, try to answer them.
