There you go again, trying to tell people how to behave. Enough already. People have put forth solid questions about the reading of the PR. When a mistake is made, like quoting quarter sales numbers when in reality they are six months sales numbers ($1.9 million), it demonstrates a lack of accuracy that can then be attributed to the entire PR. Rich really needs to correct these recurring problems. This is normal and rational behavior. What does "process" mean? That is a good question. These good people are not nitpicking, they are asking good well founded questions. Next time, try to answer them.
