My take is different. Here it is: the debtors know they have a pos plan and now that the trial is over no one wants to be the person or persons who actually want to push plan through.
Also, there will be no offer for equity and the plan will expire.
Many of the idiots who tried to pull this scam off will breath a sigh of relief because they won't be prosecuted later for their atrocity.
A new plan will be forwarded that the court likes and equity will be give some.
That's what I am thinking. Delusional? Maybe. But, maybe not. We shall see.
