How can you state IDCC has all the leverage. That is just ridiculous. They have loss TWICE in a row. Nokia has all the leverage.


IDCC has a chance to prevail but they are no way in the drivers seat.

NukeJohn, I totally agree with you that Merritt's comment that it wasn't about IP but it was about economics were very strong words and showed how confident he is in this appeal.

I also liked Merritts comments that with the 3-G market about to double that would also double IDCC's revenues. Then he added with only 50% of the industry licensed if they license the rest that would be a double again.

Other than the occasional naysayer that sold their shares long ago and missed this run I haven't seen any of our legal eagles disagree with your thoughts.
