Sales by mgmt doesn't bother me either, chicken little. Sometimes people need to spend money, or diversify their holdings, or buy houses. I know if I felt really good about my company, and my wife found the perfect house, I'd buy it, even if I had to sell some stock in my own company.
Your silly "burn rate" comment is clearly meant to frighten people, but it doesn't frighten me, and it confirms to me that you're dishonest.
