Bandy,

You try and you try...we have to give you credit for that..anything to cloud, distract from and discredit the FACTS as they pertain to Planet.

1. Inspar LLC is NOT Inspar Feild Services LLC. Inspar Feild Services is an active FLORIDA corporation and is the company Planet purchased the assets from.

2. Firstly, We (the defendants)fought the case, filed a countersuit and won. This is what our justice system was designed for and obviously is available to Planet and it's officers. If you actually read on, the plantiff's case was disimissed by order of the Judge due to lack of merit among other things. In other words a frivolous complaint by a minority partner that attempted to utilize some of our (the defendants) intellectual property for his own personal gain and did not succeed. Secondly, the companies were private companies and not governed by the Securities and Exchange Comission as with a publically traded company and the complaint was not filed by the SEC.

3. Truly don't understand what a broken tooth has to do with anything except that after several requests that Kraft Foods simply pay for dental bills and they refused they should be held accountable and that is exactly the fundemental of this case - acccountability. If you want to turn this into a personal attack then that is your choice. We will maintain the business ethics of simply stating the facts as to the case at hand with the corporate entity and the actions thereof. Please note that we have a large legal team in place and they have no reservations about expanding their actions. Govern yourself accordingly.

4. Mr. Weisenberg never stated that the company was expecting over $2 Million. This was another one of Planet's public statments. We however did have the start of a revenue stream as all the NDA's and contracts as stated were signed after this release. If you would take the time to review the financials Inspar generated more revenues in the less than four months they opearated than all the other operations of Planet combined during the same period.

5. The staff of Inspar delivered everything and more in the less than four months they were allowed to actually operate. We have the contracts to prove it.

We now have most all enforcement action in place with all applicable govermental agencies. We will just have to wait and see what thier determinations are. It is out of all of our hands now bandy but although we respect your opinion, applaud your passion and support your absolute right to freedom of speech, you should get your facts straight before excerising them. Your last few posts have been totally discredited and simply proves the fact that you are simply attempting to distract others from the real issues. In closing the the patents were sold for the very same reason you bought your stock: Inducement.

Did you even bother reading the SEC lawsuit? It was dismissed. And if you were eating Planter's Peanuts and found a rodent bone in them and had tried other Avenues and received no response. What would you do? I don't think this gentleman should be categorized as someone who is sue happy or feels entitled. Maybe he should be categorized as someone who is trying to make corporations accountable for their mistakes, instead of just complaining about them like the rest of us.
