Just interesting SEC lawsuit filed AGAINST Inspar/Weisenberg in 2005:

This came out of Kent Weisenberg's own mouth in a PRRY press release:
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - July 20, 2010) - Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRRY) is pleased to announce they are expecting revenue of over 2 million dollars USD ($2,000,000) over the next 90 to 120 days from its wholly-owned subsidiary Inspar Robotic Technologies Inc. and its new revolutionary robotic lining system for Structural Enhancement. Kent Weisenberg, the CEO of Inspar and the original designer and engineer of the robotics, said, "This is just the start of our revenue stream. Inspar is currently in negotiations with large contractors that are working in New York, Washington, Texas, Puerto Rico, Korea, India and Australia. I will update the investors and our shareholders as soon as we can as we have NDA's in place, and are currently limited as to what we can say about the different projects."

Seems to me, Kent and his staff DIDN'T deliver on the product. If it was so great, Kent, why did you sell your company for stock?????
