started the year with 25 m shares
end of september it was 9,995,000,000 shares few months later it was 47b shares. Then the R/S of 1-24000
This PR = worthless

I hope you realise what EV does.By the way the sec does nothing for the investors.

Since it reports up to 9/30/10 it doesn't explain the massive increase (dilution) to 10 then 20 billion shares and then the R/S. The ending date 12/31/10 report should be more interesting.

Where is the RS information? Put it back where it belongs....I've been here for a year and saw things stay up for 6 or 7 months....Put it back!!!

10-Q straight more loss. Unbelievable. The crook just created another business with loss. He keeps creating more and more businesses with loss, meanwhile, this crook releases frauds of pr. Why does SEC not halt this stock to investigate???
EV makes more fraud than Russian mafia, stealing common wealth while SEC just leaves this crook in US stock market.
