JONAH2, I'm not good at reading financials, but it's obvious from the amended filing, that he has already diluted. Explains why the PPS is dropping. The other comment is the company has lost 8 million dollars since inception. The company has never made one penny, and probably never will! Does that sound like a company you would invest in....?????
