yep..i'm sure that Ambrose, and ENTI are pretty sure what those terms are, and how it'll be used..no great mystery sheck.

I'd be willing to bet, actually, i am "betting" by owning shares, that Ambrose is/was quite instrumental and/or integrated with the engagement of the MarketMaker ALREADY hooked up with ENTI right now...and that there are very good thoughts/plans in place for maximizing share price in line with usage of funds/shares...it's how that business works, btw.

see...smart, experienced folks with plans being hatched before you/i got here...continued without us know all details, yet...very exciting!

seems to be quite a Bargin being put on ambrose' shoulders-----unless Im mistaken-- We knows the exact constraints put on this "20 mill" is Uplisting---We knows Everyone believes if lightning strikes and enti up-lists---they have free reign on the pot full of money !!------but 1 little fact,before anyone starts spending the windfall------we aint got the money yet !!! ----LOI/LOC/CONTINGENT = 12 weeks away.

Yes well, now that you mention it, it is odd, is it not, that the exact contract listing all the exact details of the financing arrangement was not IMMEDIATELY made public?
