I'd be willing to bet, actually, i am "betting" by owning shares, that Ambrose is/was quite instrumental and/or integrated with the engagement of the MarketMaker ALREADY hooked up with ENTI right now...and that there are very good thoughts/plans in place for maximizing share price in line with usage of funds/shares...it's how that business works, btw.

So Ambrose has been given inside info? uh oh the SEC frowns on insider trading.
