What a steal for Canarc! They paid $11M for basically $11M in property and equipment that happens to have 100-200k ounces of gold.
They plan on producing 40,000 ounces per year, that's up to $60M in revenue/year and gross profit of around $20-30M/year.
Taxes would be $10-15M/year, I'm thinking they may consider our NOL's, but got to do more DD.
By the way, tax loss selling in the last week has made this a steal! I'm actually buying more, I hit for 400K today at .0025!
