I don't work for the SEC because I'm not a lawyer or an accountant, and those are what they mostly hire.

Now when do you plan to address the real question? That would be why you insist on buying obvious scams, and then seek to blame others when they blow up...

That is funny....

because the last place for the scaamed/loser to go is to motive. What difference does it make? Let's say my wife is running a penny stock scam. We get divorced. In doing so, I develop a hatred for her that is so intense I want her to suffer. I turn in the scam and she goes to prison. My motives are revenge, nothing more. Does that make her scam any less illegal? Can she go to court and claim impure moptives by me and get off? Nope....she will do her time. Like I said, motivation is for losers and dreamers. Making money in stock trading requires logic, which is the antithesis if emotion and motives. Personally, I think that you should consider loading up on SAEI when it hits the grey sheets. I read that it is of "to da moon"!!!!!
