ARMAGEDDON...

The shredding of scrap tires simply converts a post consumer scrap problem into a scrap problem in a smaller form that is Very Much More A Fire Hazard. Logistical cost of shipping any product from Hudson is a real concern that should be considered in any business model. The only possible business model that would work at this remote location will be passenger vs. truck tire sorting, buffing, grinding, and production of high value treated crumb products combined with a scrap to syngas gasification operation to deal with the (impossible to make money processing) sidewalls, bead, etc, parts of the tire. These people should partner with someone such as Rubber Research Elastomerics in Minneapolis that has decades of technology but no production capabilities. Without high value products that can offset the logistic negativity it will be armageddon for Magnum or anyone else trying to deal with this giant mess.

double tap, the company is not going forward with any of the initiatives you mentioned until they get a resolution to these foreclosure proceedings.

NS, I haven't contacted the company. The continuances on the foreclosure hearing is a good sign that FGC wants to settle out of foreclosure of the property.
