Just because they are shredding tires does not make Hudson profitable. The original purpose in the aquisition of Hudson was to produce rubber compounds to be used in the production of new tires. The simple fact, is that Hudson is nothing more than a tire landfill that produces TDF (tire derived fuel) from their shreddings. There is NO tire buffing and nugget/powder producing equipment at this facility.
