There is only one mention of 12 shareholders holding the float and it is recent, not "early". It appears in a post by AlanC in response to a deleted message and reads as follows: "Maxwell46: Thanks again for sharing! thewicks could have provided that link himself. And you could have found it yourself, which I suggest you do the next time you're tempted to ask for my help.
ps. Obviously, there is nothing in any of the above that establishes that 12 shareholders ever held the float of CDIV.
