With a gagged TA, how would one know what the real float is?

Authorized is 500M...could CDIV raise the O/S without anyone knowing?

Sure they could!

I am intrugiued how they list their shares outstaning as a 211,620,500 dollar amount in their "joke-of-financials":

At a par value of 0.001, does that mean they have 211 BILLION shares outstanding? Or is there balance sheet all jacked up?
