MojoHoHoHo, if that was the case as far as $150k they could have just filed a Rule D 504(REGDEX) filing to sell secuities worth up to $1 Million dollars, or the Rule 505 for up to $5 million, but no they filed a 506 for unlimited sale of securities the day after Joanna Chmielewska took over as President of The Italian Oven. There are 286 smarter people hear than me so tell me, after the name change and symbol change does the Regdex continue in play, i know that there is no expiration date on a 506 filing.
