One has to consider his discalimer as well in the NI 43-101 which states " In particular, David Brown & Associates did not attempt to determine the veracity of geochemical, geophysical, or geological data reported by third parties, or to conduct duplicate sampling for comparison with the geochemical results provided by other parties."
Third party information comes in large part from Rauno Perttu (who is mentioned 12 times in the NI 43-101) one of the insiders at Dutch Gold and when you pair the first statement with this one:
"Cable Mountain Mine Inc., who discovered the Basin Gulch deposit in 1987, explored the lode source of the placer gold from the late 1980s until 1997. To date, 323 reverse circulation and core holes have been drilled on the property for a total of 89,800 feet, with holes ranging from 80 feet to 1,045 feet in depth. In addition, 40 test trenches with a total length of 17,000 feet have been excavated and sampled. Cable Mountain Mine, Inc., Chevron Resources, and Cyprus Exploration have performed the work at various stages in the project. All of this work was supervised or reviewed by Dutch Gold Resources President, Rauno Perttu, which provides a continuity of the work performed."
Couple all of this with the fact that Mr. Brown lists no business address, that google searches yield no results of him performing an Ni 43-101 except for Dutch Gold, the fact that he uses a p.o. box, the fact that his website has been under construction for a couple of weeks that I am aware of (perhaps longer) http://www.dbrown-assoc.com/ , that website on a "whois" search shows that the identity of the person who registered it is BLOCKED which is bizzare because the buisness he operates David Brown & Associates has his very name right in it. Several posters have said that he did not renew his Oregon license this year, but he performed an ni 43-101 in 2007 and his Oregon geologists seal does not appear http://www.secinfo.com/d12Pk6.uY38.d.htm yet he did use one for his more recent ni 43-101 for Basin Gulch http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/928375/000114036110003224/ex99_1.htm Here are the guidelines in regard to this Execution of Technical Report - A technical report must be dated, signed and, if the qualified person has a seal, sealed by (a) each qualified person who is responsible for preparing or supervising the preparation of all or part of the report; or (b) a person or company whose principal business is providing engineering or geoscientific services if each qualified person responsible for preparing or supervising the preparation of all or part of the report is an employee, officer or director of that person or company. http://www.cim.org/committees/NI_43-101_Dec_30.pdf
Adding all of this up leaves some room for doubt in my opinion.
You are pretty good at your analysis. My stepfather was a world famous geologist. He would have agreed with you. He probably would have inferred resouces of 2X for the other two-thirds. I believe that we are looking at one of the largest open pit and low grade gold mining operations in the world. When gold was $600 per ounce it wouldn't have been ptofitable to mine. With gold at nearly $1,400 per oz and possibly going up, this represenrs a bonanza mine.
LETS POINT OUT JUST A FEW OF THE MANY MANY DIFERENCES TO SHOW HOW THOROUGH AND CREDIBLY REAL DUTCH GOLD'S NI-4301 REALLY IS
1) NO WHERE IN SAE* NI-4301 REPORT IS THEIR THE SEAL FROM THE GEOLOGIST
2) THE TABLE OF CONTENTS IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE
30 OF COURSE THEIRS WAS A BAD CON ARTIST RENDITION OF A REAL N1-4301 LIKE DUTCH GOLDS SHOWN IN THE SEC FILED 8-K'S
3) THERE ARE NONE = NOT EVEN ONE DRAWING, CHART, MEANWHILE DGRI HAS A WHOLE SUB SECTION DEVOTED TO THEM, THAT GO INDEPTH, AND THOROUGHLY SHOWS GOLD CONCENTRATIONS THROUGH THESE SEISMIC CHARTS AND GRAPHS
