Thanks for sharing. I figured being on the OTCBB and filing the report within the SEC or SEDAR databases would be enough. A signature would be good to have too. I was not aware of a seal needing to be on a NI 43-101 that was filed within the SEC or SEDAR databases. I guess the seal would the same as a signature.

We even have here with the DGRI NI 43-101 an independent third party.

Things are looking up in a great way with DGRI.
