Someone gave address and examples. Basically location that different companies use for business address. Strictly virtual office type setup from what I understand. Wish I had saved the link, pretty good information.
I see what you saw, with the suite #1517 this time, Looks like the address of Wealth Strategies Group. ph# there is (702)735-4355, wondering if they know anything about Stan. My concern was with the 8K. still seems some people are iffy on when and why the 8-K will be filed. here's a link to the whys and whens regarding 8-K filing. http://www.sec.gov/answers/form8k.htm imo 8K will be filed because of sections 4 and 8. not because it comes out if a 10-Q is filed. I think someone earlier posted he thought the 8K comes out because 10-Q was filed. Still wondering what Stan has in store for us though. imo its gonna be good one way or another, thats why I wont sell off my shares right now...
Helmsman ..good find..prior to this the DIII filings had shown the 2300 Sahara address.. now its obvious it "A Dollar Can" Stan of DIII, PYBX, Vancouver, Victoria, Macau Consultants, Q Group, Trudy fame
I haven't read enough but I am sure it's because it's NV corporation. I own a corporation here in Denver, CO but it's registered in NV. Everything that is filed has a Las Vegas address. NV corps must have a registered agent in NV. We all use the same companies for this so it looks like we all have the same address. I hope that makes sense.
