I see what you saw, with the suite #1517 this time, Looks like the address of Wealth Strategies Group. ph# there is [phone], wondering if they know anything about Stan.
My concern was with the 8K. still seems some people are iffy on when and why the 8-K will be filed. here's a link to the whys and whens regarding 8-K filing. http://www.sec.gov/answers/form8k.htm
imo 8K will be filed because of sections 4 and 8.
not because it comes out if a 10-Q is filed.
I think someone earlier posted he thought the 8K comes out because 10-Q was filed. Still wondering what Stan has in store for us though. imo its gonna be good one way or another, thats why I wont sell off my shares right now...
