Respectfully, before reading any further, please understand that I am not a mining guy and I only claim to know minimal within the mining world, but I try. SAEI has a lot to do with DGRI and any mining stock from this day forward in my opinion. There were a lot of things that happened with SAEI that were red flags of "what not to do" if you are DGRI or any mining stock for that matter that needs to familiarize themselves with.
A key thing for me and many investors is the NI 43-101. With SAEI, it was never able to be confirmed from a geologist that it was actually done by who was being claimed to have done the NI 43-101. I understood the confusion, but the company needed to clear that up immediately and not any of us posting within the forum.
Here with DGRI, we have investors that have made contact with the geologist that had completed the DGRI NI 43-101: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57669519 To add, the geologist even stated that 7.6 million ounces of gold was only for 1/3 of all the drill holes on the site. From my understanding, it is still not complete as an updated final version of the NI 43-101 is coming that DGRI is having GEMCOM complete their estimation to include all the drill holes.
There are many pros and cons to compare and contrast SAEI with DGRI to make sure we look out for each other as investors to make sure that the right steps are being taken by the company to grow our investment. Here with DGRI, I think we are fine as it appears that DGRI is definitely dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's" which makes many of us investors feel very comfortable.
This chart from the DGRI NI 43-101 filed with the SEC below is very important as it stated that DGRI has "proven and probable" gold reserves totaling 10,403,970 ounces of gold:
Again, this is not ”inferred” or ”measured” or ”indicated” reserves here with DGRI which is another piece of info that myself and others have been educated with the types of confirmations with NI 43-101 reports. DGRI has ”proven and probable” gold reserves. Please, I am not a mining expert, but if there are some experts out there, please come forth to explain how I am looking at things wrong.
