I totally agree with your comment, "the only way this company will survive is if larger oil buys them out, and/or they lock in a deal to sell Shorty Creek (gold)". That is correct, but based on TIV's industry pathetic track record of making those "assets" look like they are worth any real money, I would say selling them for anything more than pennies on the dollar is a pipe dream, based on what they have done with all other assets (Temblor, rigs, etc) sold over the years.
Yeah, when they say "BK isn't anticipated", that is such typical and ubiquitous "same ole same ole" TIV Management rhetoric. Like a zip lock baggie! LOL
".. how many wells are actually producing? They several pumping (3? 4?), and ONE new SAG? Other than that?? The SAG well ought to produce "better than expected" profits...."
What new SAGD well? After two years of planning to prepare to commence the drilling a first SAGD well, they still haven't drilled one! And being out of money, are not likely to. All the PV production is from cyclic steamed single bore horizontal wells.
The world-beater potential production from a TIV PV SAGD well has yet to be experienced.
