I totally agree with your comment, "the only way this company will survive is if larger oil buys them out, and/or they lock in a deal to sell Shorty Creek (gold)". That is correct, but based on TIV's industry pathetic track record of making those "assets" look like they are worth any real money, I would say selling them for anything more than pennies on the dollar is a pipe dream, based on what they have done with all other assets (Temblor, rigs, etc) sold over the years.
