Lets' put the blame squarely where it belongs not on the pumpers or the dumpers but on AMSTEM and their piss poor management team and PR team.

I think his get out call was in the same price range of his original get in call. In the interim it had gone all the way up to .10 and back down again. It has been sliding due to the financials not being filed. Most, including myself, weren't concerned about it until the self imposed time period was missed, coupled with silence from the company.

The lack of filing coupled with the silence has been causing this pps drop.
