The statute mandates 25x2025. I don't think the purpose of the mandate is to reach that goal and call it quits.

Yeah I have an opinion! Same ole and same ole! Here we go again ... yet again another delay! This company never seems to be on point! The only reason we are at this point is because this company dragged its feet and this should have had this plant running years ago! A day late a dollar short!

If the PUC doesn't have the authority to approve the PPA, then who does? Who approved these other power plants PPAs?

This whole process is a crock of sheet.
