Have you seen the NH wood powered plants motion to dismiss the PPA? It is not on the PUC website yet, but this could eb a serious issue. From what I gather, they are saying the REC term (20 years) is 9 years beyond the NH statute, and that the PUC does not have the authority to approve the PPA.

Of course, we will have to wait to see the motion, the PSNh response, and the PUC ruling... but this is causing me some concern. Wondering if you (or others) have yet seen it and have an opinion.
