That is incorrect,they are not sells,and until an updated form 4 is filed,they remain as such.

Either that or they were buys as listed, and he filled out the share counts incorrectly. I already found one error in the math on that colum.

I have an e-mail into the company, asking them to clarify this ASAP by having a new form 4 filed.


NB: Even if they are sells, the total dollar amount is only in the tens of thousands of dollars. There could be several reasons why he'd be forced to sell his shares because he needed the cash even though he knew it was for far less than they are really worth.
