I assume its day to day and most likely 2 or 3 engineers working on it. 30 days * 2 or 3 engineers * 8 hours = 480 - 720 hours so far. That's not cheap folks and it sounds like many many more hours to go.
Engineering firm for delta and flow? Consumer Reports will do it for free when they test it - lol.
