I assume you got all this info from IR. So the company unofficially states the engineering firm does not have(maybe they do by now) the proper equipment to obtain heat exchanger data. You would think they knew this when they presented their proposal months ago.
Once they have the data, then they can design the heat exchanger? Sounds like they are still many weeks away from production.
Time to buy and hold. A PR may come later today since WDRP realizes all of it's investors are waiting on news (of any meaningful kind). Holding a bunch (shares), as I know this baby will work! There are other factors that can easily delay any PR. Perhaps they (management), are negotiating with someone on this newly created baby (intentionally keeping the share price low).
