Further to its press release of April 13, 2010, Skinvisible, Inc. (OTCBB:SKVI) is pleased to announce it has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement after successfully completing the development of a prescription product for Women's Choice Pharmaceuticals LLC, a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Gilbert, Arizona. Skinvisible concluded the development phase for the hemorrhoid formulation using Skinvisible's technology Invisicare(r), a patented polymer delivery system for topical dermatology and consumer goods products.
