Understand if VFIN is IB they may have a short fuse exit strategy for some portion. I find it difficult to consider they would dilute and drive PPS down this fast knowing good potential for PPS in the near future. Not to keep speculating on unknowns, but IMO they may be working for the future R/S with option in the buy back. The point is then they can play both ends. Short and long. Sell some now and play with thier free money. Makes good arguement for a purpose behind this drop. As for us stockholders we have to wait for the sales and revenue to bring up PPS. There is around 64% in the float after restricted stock. A lot of free stock to change hands. Therefore, if there are plans for the big board it will be an up and down ruff road for us.
