I find it difficult to consider they would dilute and drive PPS down this fast knowing good potential for PPS in the near future.
You see, VFIN has not drank any kool-aid, so instead they think about nothing except dollars....now! They could care less about 'the future' of LFBG. To them, LFBG is just another business transaction. Buy shares at a discount, and sell at a profit. For all they care, LFBG could stand for Larry's Fried Buffalo Gizzards.
Now, knowing that VFIN has already profited immensly from selling their shares to the kool-aid crowd, do you really want to continue paying them handsomely for the shares they could care less about the future of? I mean, if they still have say 500M left to sell, wouldn't it make more sense to only pay .002 rather than .003? That's 50% to you and I, but to them, it's nothing because they've already made 300%-500% on their initial 'investment'.
