#31468 RE: YukonKing #31467

Revenue in the current three month period included fees for testing services provided to potential customers but did not include the sale of any KDS equipment or the receipt of royalties from operational KDS units. The Company anticipates revenue to increase in the near term based on projects in process that are expected to lead to the sale of several KDS systems over the next twelve month months.

Am I over thinking this or does the difference in wording have any significance? I presume that "KDS equipment" and "KDS units" are the same thing. But "KDS Systems" appears much broader. Any thoughts?

YukonKing - More likely, it was tax-loss selling and will probably continue through the end of the year. Although the statement to the effect that Cal is expecting net revenues soon is very encouraging, I am ambivalent about the 10Q. After no news for 5 months, I would have expected something more substantive. Of course, the 10Q was mostly crafted by a contractor and he/she may not have had sufficient input from Cal.

7 months to make the $2-2.5 million revenue identified in the 10k. Assuming that is some what correct information, sales should be reported any time now.
