Confirmed. I've just run every K or Q available for FASC on Edgar through a text search / phrase search and this is the first time a clear, explicitly stated expectation of profitability appears.

Given Cal's consummate conservatism about projections and expectations, this alone is telling us in no uncertain terms that the "inflection point" has been reached and the corner has been turned, and while the skies are not entirely clear the long deluge of despair is over.

Friday's blatant, bizarre manipulation could thus have only been the attempt by someone to start some "... 'Fire!'-in-a-crowded-theatre" panic. Someone who may have been tipped that the Q had "bad news". If so, they sure took the bait. And, as we saw, it didn't work.
