I do believe you are correct. It will depend on progress ect and what the near future holds, like we all do not already know. WDRP has and is doing everything they has said so no worries here

If it takes 60 days "middle of 1st quarter" to hit .25 most will be ok with it, but the assembly location will be revealed along with preproduction photos and a host of info and advertising in preparation for official product launch by then. So I'd say .25 is very conservative.
