I have to agree with you. It is just getting the paperwork done in a timely manner. I have seen it too and it gets resolved.

I would be concerned.This board has done the DD on SNEY,but that doesnt satisfy OTCPINK.They want current information from the company,either audited or not audited,but they need something,and until they get it,this will be a black mark agaisnt SNEY.Everyone who goes to OTCPINK will know the information is not current,and the company has not made an attempt to become so....IE:red flag!I own shares here,so I am not trying to bash,but this is a problem that must be addressed.
