I just talked to Steve Parent, Investor Relations for SNEY, and he is working on a press release for tomorrow. This is just speculation on my part, but there was an UNPAID promotion by thewallstreetbulls.com that may have caused this buyer beware label due to their promotion combined with the fact that SNEY isn't current on financials. Steve told me that SNEY is committed to transparency and will begin filing on pink sheets to come current and in May they are eligible to return to the OTCBB. He was tired as he just returned from Africa so I didn't keep him but he did say to expect lots of updates soon. ;-)
IMO I feel this company is moving fast and with so much going on , people are finding the stock to be awsome. and i dont think the company was ready for so many people to latch on so quick, i think they felt they had plenty of time to clear up all the loose ends, but now that the word is out they are behind, it is stil a solid gold stock, and i do understand this is yours and mine , investment, so we all need feel confident , i belive we will see new news very soon to clear all matters up, go SNEY
