ufptboy, speak for yourself. I don't agree that most were expecting a license agreement with the dividend announcement. That's pure BS. You have no way of knowing what factors determined the timing of the announcement. I think it is more tied to the scheduling of the board meeting in December than anything else. Where do you come up with this stuff?
