Certs or no certs, if this did a R/S, it should NOT be trading this many shares, yet we have traded close to 1B in the last 3 sessions? How do you explain where these shares are coming from? Even if the old pre R/S holders can sell, they shouldn't have the same amount of shares in their account as they did prior to the split. So this still means some people are selling shares that aren't there.....
