The TA is gagged in that she will not give out current O/S and Float. When I called back, I asked her when the paper certs to replace pre R/S shares were going to be sent out and she replied that new certs weren't going to be issued because the R/S had "no madatory share exchange" and was filed as such with the DTC.

I actually called back one more time to ask about the A/S. She originally again replied that I had to call the company to get the O/S and I clarified that I was asking about the A/S at which point she said that it was unchanged.

I posted the telephone number so people can call her themselves. Instead of challenging the information, why not call to verify if this is what I was told?

However, I have had the experience where after a TA has revealed more than the company would like and it's been posted on a msg forum, they instruct them to stop revealing the info.

The information I obtained that new certificates aren't going to be issued, is of critical importance for those who have been told to wait for paper certs.
