I think that the WaMu board is busy with private/public interplay. But..yes they missed Bluzie's alert. BTW the Steinberg's revelation is crucial to the common and preferred owners if they expect cash value for their shares.
Yeah, I have a hard time following the WAMUQ board myself, when I try. They're missing something big, though, focusing too much on the Hoffman letter and not enough on this. Oh well.
